Casper Douglas Properties (CDP) is a UK based private property company formed in 1996. We invest directly or co-invest in many types of project including former convents, industrial buildings, period properties and sites.

Our core business activities include mixed use development, investment and asset management. Our strategy is to create simple, profitable and secure property investments to retain or sell on.

We are keen to continue this mixed development and investment strategy whilst offering asset management solutions and undertake a variety of commercial & residential UK developments and renovations over the next few years.
