From 1984, Rupert Harding worked as a property advisor for DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Mason Owen & Partners and Ramagge & Company, the latter as partner responsible for company strategy as well as looking after the retail, office and professional departments.

With partners James Ward, Kevin Victory and Andy Malcolm, Rupert set up Clarence Mill Developments in 1995 (to 2000) through which we purchased a number of investment properties in London and several in North Yorkshire. He then set up his current company, Casper Douglas Investments, in 1996 and Casper Douglas Capital with Adam Blaker in 2001 (to 2013).

In 2018, he set up Darlington Asset Management with Paul Cable and Andrew Ramagge targeting distressed assets and strategic land opportunities with their first project, a large site near Cambridge.
